Dr. Jaimie DeRosa is an expert double board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who specializes in facial procedures, especially rhinoplasty (both primary and revision) and aging face surgery. She is the lead doctor and founder of the DeRosa Center Facial Plastic Surgery & Med Spa in Boston, MA. Her boutique center is also one of the only facilities in Boston that has an in-office, AAAASF-accredited surgery center. With many years of experience performing delicate facial surgeries and administering injectables, Dr. DeRosa has an artistic and meticulous technique. Throughout your experience, Dr. DeRosa works diligently to ensure her patients' privacy and safety. Dr. DeRosa is an expert double board-certified plastic surgeon in Boston, MA. At our on-site, AAAASF-accredited surgery center, Dr. DeRosa can perform delicate and complex procedures for the face, including rhinoplasty (both primary and reconstruction), mini facelifts, facelifts, brow lifts, cheek augmentation, and eyelid lifts. For patients who want to rejuvenate their skin and not undergo surgery, we offer nonsurgical options, such as microneedling with PRP, Lasers, RF skin tightening, IPL treatments, facials, BOTOX®, and chemical peels. To meet patients' needs, whether surgical or nonsurgical, Dr. DeRosa strives to provide beautiful, natural-looking results.
EDUCATION
Dr. DeRosa graduated with honors and received her bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia. After graduating from the University of Virginia, she obtained a master's degree in science from Roswell Park Cancer Institute/SUNY Buffalo. Following her master's degree, she completed medical school at SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, graduating magna cum laude. She attended her residency at Boston University in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery. While at Boston University, she became the administrative chief resident. To further complement her specialized skills, she pursued an intensive fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
In 2008, the Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts Eye and Ear Hospital recruited Dr. DeRosa to continue developing the otolaryngology residency training program in facial plastic surgery. Additionally, at Harvard Medical School and Boston University of Medicine, she is an assistant professor in otology and laryngology. Through her education and experience, Dr. DeRosa opened the DeRosa Center Facial Plastic Surgery & Med Spa, which offers a boutique approach when it comes to caring for her patients. In addition to maintaining her practice, she has operating privileges at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and Boston Medical Center.

PERSONAL
When Dr. DeRosa isn't working, she enjoys traveling, fitness, and continuing learning. She is a private pilot, too. She also volunteers for her community. She feels like Boston is a small community with a huge heart! Boston is home to an incredible diversity of passionate change-makers and philanthropists, charities, and nonprofits. The DeRosa team believes it's important to ensure some of their favorite organizations get the attention they deserve and a platform to speak.
