Dr. Anthony LoMonaco of Interventional Pain Specialists of Massachusetts provides comprehensive treatment of acute and chronic pain. His Osteopathic Medical background taught him the importance between the body’s structure and function. He strives to provide the most advanced evidenced based treatments to his patients so they can enjoy a better quality of life.
Dr. LoMonaco founded IPA after 13 years of working in some of the region’s top hospitals and private practices. It’s always been his dream to create his own practice that provides outstanding care in a low-cost, warm, and welcoming out-patient office setting.
Dr. LoMonaco is double board certified in pain management and anesthesiology. He’s an experienced and respected pain management physician, who’s been caring for people on the North Shore area of Boston and beyond for over a decade. He served as a physician educator at Abbott, teaching other pain physicians about neuromodulation/spinal stimulation. Today, Dr. LoMonaco strives to find the best personalized treatment for each of his patients, with the goal of restoring functionality and improving quality of life. He works closely with his patients’ primary care providers and specialists to ensure there are no gaps in coverage or treatment.
